Based in Sydney, I studied at the University of Sydney and hold a Bachelor of Medical Science (Honours Class I) and a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). I am a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP). I have gained experience and training in various tertiary hospital settings across South-Eastern and South-Western Sydney, as well as in private practice.

I care about the whole person. My approach involves integrating conventional psychiatric treatments with complementary interventions to provide thoughtful, evidence-informed care. It is guided by compassion, with empathy, careful listening and open conversation at its centre. I aim to create a respectful space where we make sense of what is happening together and choose next steps that feel realistic and supportive, while working in a neurodiversity affirming and trauma-informed way.

I love learning and remain curious, bringing new evidence into care thoughtfully. I value careful, collaborative problem-solving and explore root contributors, piecing together patterns to understand what may be driving symptoms. This lens honours the interconnectedness of mind, brain, and body, and considers how genetics, life experiences, and environment shape mental health, guiding care that is holistic, practical, and research-based.

I am also interested in where science and spirituality meet, and how this meeting can deepen our understanding of healing and inform holistic mental health care. This perspective sits alongside evidence-informed practice and invites humility and openness.

As a first-generation Australian with Macedonian heritage, I value community and culture and recognise how they shape the way people understand mental health and recovery. I have also learnt through clinical training and experience about the impact of culture on care. This awareness guides me to offer culturally responsive care by listening closely to what matters in each person’s context and collaborating on the next steps.
